Is that the clip where he talks about economic justice through the courts? Because certainly that quote is about redistribution. Are we not going to be honest enough to apply the transitive property to his terms? If he thinks the constitution or the courts are not fair or economically just, and he does think fairness and economic justice mean redistribution of wealth, then DURP there it is.
I've heard several times that the president is required by law to produce a budget every year and Obama hasn't done so. Some talking head asked a night or so ago how Obama can ignore the law about budgets.
I don't know if there is such a law and if Obama has never obeyed it, but I guess it's true because it's what I keep hearing. (Though only on FoxNews, I guess, and I know that Sean Hannity, for one, is full of crap.)

Prior to the previous administration, the executive branch did everything they could to obey the law--even the spirit.
The last administration operated under a different mindset--we'll break any law we want to and we DARE anyone to do anything about it.
Sadly, this will likely be the model going forward.
