No kidding.
Guys, we were 11-2 last year... in the SEC.
Let's live now and look ahead. All the hate/love Meyer stuff should disappear until that day - if it comes - they are lucky enough to play us in a NC game.
We'll be there... not so sure about them.

OSU 12-0 in the l'il ten, they would have gone 8-4 at best in the SEC, snapping turtles wouldn't have helped them!

To all those who remain obsessed about Urban...I offer two points that we should all focus on going forward:
1. Will
2. Muschamp

My only issue is how he planned his exit strategy. "My health my health, etc..." Then he comes back, then his health again and takes a 1 year vacation to the media, then its OSU as his home. All this in a couple of years. It just looks like to most of GatorNation that he was fickle, delusional, or simple didn't care.

This middle of the road stuff isn't going to cut it here on Gator Country. You must pick a side. There is no middle ground. You must LOVE him or HATE him!

I neither love nor hate him, nor do I care if others love or hate him.
But can we stop pretending he isn't one of the best college football coaches?

I wonder if Meyer understands the irony of telling a story about "f'n toughness" where his idol withstands a turtle biting on "whatever he pulled out" after Meyer himself just quit his last job because he had a case of the hiccups.

I don't know, but we could see if you understand the irony when you ask him this to his face.

I'd love to ask him. It's not like he could get upset; gotta keep those stress levels down.

Yes, I feel confident the same bravado would be on full display in real life.

Meyer said the Big 10 needs to change its recruiting culture and step it up. The SEC got more 4 and 5 star recruits out of Big 10 states the the Big 10 did.
Herbstreit is on saying that the Big 10 is living in its past rather than respecting its past while moving into the future. The have to get more aggressive. They could suffer when a committee is choosing the CFB playoff.

Saying something bad about UM doesn't necessarily mean hate and saying something good doesn't necessarily mean love.

Of course they could suffer. They likely *will* suffer. Ironically, the Big 10 probably still has the best reputation after the SEC and Pac-12/14/16. A lot of SEC teams will get artificially inflated placements in the early goings of playoffs and we're very likely to hear every loss celebrated.

He's probably heading off to Vatican City where I hear his "dream job" recently opened up.
