Proud Of The Rowdy Reptiles & Other Gators Showing Class
Kudos to the fans in attendance for showing class to Noel when he went down with an injury. It was dead silent watching it on tv and then when Noel got up the crowd gave him a big round of applause. Good sportsmanship Gators.
Even Dick Vitale commented how the fans showed class.

Indeed. I was commenting on this to the people who were watching with me.
Hope he's OK.

Proud of Gator Nation for that...but not sure if we would have gotten the same treatment in Lexington.

I hope the kid has a speedy recovery, but it look like a hit directly on the patella, maybe a fracture.

Agreed also. Thought UF players comments and Donovans comments were classy as well.

My fear is that we may find the injury was actually on the landing and not when he hit the pad. The pad might just be a bruise...if he popped it on the landing before he hit the pad than it could be worse.
Prayers for the kid tonight. His future is very bright and he has millions at stake.
....and yes the rowdies and our team showed great class tonight.

My guess is a broken bone. I couldn't watch the reply though. After the Alabama player , protho, broke his ankle and it was flopping around as he held it, I can no longer watch injury reply's.

That's exactly what I thought when I saw him land, that the injury may heve happend prior to the impact. If so ,probably not a good thing.

I've like him since the first time I watched him play. Totally hate to see an injury like that.

Don't know where he heard that. Even the commentators were saying how quiet it was after he went down.

I didn't hear anything like that. I imagine it's possible there may have been some rogue students saying that. But it was not audible from where I sat and I was very close to the student section level 1 behind the east basketball goal.
I will say, the atmosphere was electric. Great environment. Best since the 04s were playing in the building.
