This just makes Lamont Gaillard visit to Florida this weekend that much more important.

DT Lamont Gaillard said he still wants to visit Georgia next weekend but said he will most likely be a Gator. #Gators #Dawgs

From what I hear, despite DT Lamont Gaillard's comments post-Florida trip, Georgia remains in driver's seat heading to next weekend's visit.

Weird, goes against everything he said after his visit.

Kids sometime tell reporters what they want a fanbase wants to hear. UGA likes several other DT's so it will be interesting to see what happens after his visit to UGA. Florida needs to get him back on campus after that visit.
I simply do not understand what defensive tackles or running backs see in Georgia. Richt has recruited the cream of the crop at those two positions during his tenure, only one of his running backs (Moreno) and one of his DTs (Sullivan) have ever gone in the first round. Only one other back (Musa Smith) or tackle (Corvey Irvin) even went on the first day. Our record hasn't been much better, but we also haven't recruited nearly as well at the position.
