PLEASE, please Gator fans....remember how many Freshmen we have and allow them to have their lows without criticismthis year. It WILL happen.
That said...what a start to the year and a great tonic for last years woes!

Not a bad start to 2013. Long season still to go, but have to be encouraged by this weekend.

Tremendous start. As you said before, there will likely be some growing pains along the way. Hopefully we all manage our expectations and just enjoy the ride. I don't follow softball recruiting. How big of a recruit was Kelsey Stewart? She had a great weekend.

Very proud of how our girls started the season. I believe Coach Walton took the right approach with them after whatever went down at the end of last season. He cut out the cancer and restricted the team's ability to have any new disease set in by ending all use of social media by team members. It was a bold and risky move: realize that we lost almost half of our starting lineup for 2013 (Coyle, the Fagans and Schutte), PLUS the seniors we would have lost anyway. The result is an all new team and be encouraged because it is good!

Great, great weekend. Wow, just wow. I was worried after losing the girls we did. (Moultrie, schuttie, fagan' and beastly Coyle. (I mean that in a good way) Different classes, I know. Still, Walton is a ridiculous coach. I can't believe he hasn't won a title yet.
