Rubio will be the neocon pick for 2016
I've already read a number of articles stating that he's likely to be the neocon pick for the next election that of course, the GOP will lose. He's giving the Republican Response to the State of the Union Address.
1. He's not a fiscal conservative
2. He supports massive illegal immigration
3. He ripped Chuck Hagel and said he wouldn't get his vote IE: another idiot warmonger
4. He kisses the butt of the Israeli Lobby
All requirements to be the neocon party candidate.

Who, pray tell, is that candidate? For that matter, who should it have been the past two?

Christie is the most winnable candidate for the Repubs in 2016.

Scared already? Let's see how Hillery does with the Hispanic vote versus Rubio.

Don't think Pubs need to be taking advice from demos on who to pick as our candidate. They would have us pick Dick Lugar because he is a moderate, works with democrats and couldn't win his primary in Indiana. No thanks. We will pick our own voice. Maybe it is Rubio and maybe it is someone else. Pubs control 30 of 50 statehouses...we have a talent laden bunch of future fiscal stars.

If Barry Goldwater doesn't walk through the door, I am afraid that the Pubs in 2016 are going to be disappointed. But I will say this: Rubio strikes me as the "neocon" equivalent to Obama. Just what we need: more wild swings in our political landscape.

I'm a real conservative IE: a Libertarian. People like you keep voting for candidates that can't win a national election. Rubio will be the next one.

LOL what? Are you trying to say that there is no such thing as a neocon when it's considered the dominant movement today in the GOP?

The definition of "real conservative" is not Libertarian. They have much in common but are not the same.

That is a good one, but unless the followers get the pejorative it can't really work. Kind of like telling retard jokes around the mentally incapacitated.

Here's another good explanation, with a focus on Rubio:

I voted for Romney as did my wife, kids, mother, sisters, brothers in law, their kids, and approximately 90% of my neighbors.
And who would you have advised us to vote for? Ron Paul. Sorry, wasted vote.
My earlier point was the last thing we need to do is listen to democrats on who to nominate. Libertarians...yes...we will listen. I've got a lot of Libertarian in me. Independents...yes...same deal there. But the party of mooches, thieves and misfits...I think not.

The republican party is so divided by principles right now
while the democrat party is completely unified.....by government money. Whether it be through corporate or social welfare.
thus the republicans and the country are screwed.
