Note: I know we took KT this year! But if Bama can take the top rb year after year so can we!
He is the best high school RB I have seen in a long time. I think the Gators can get him on campus but I am not getting my hopes up for a commit. LSU just has so much in their favor.

Agreed, he's a finisher, if he gets to the second level, it's six. It will be very gut wrenching to see a guy that dynamic go to lsu. Hopefully Muschamp and company can work some magic.

I notice you included OLB Dillon Bates of Ponte Vedra. I wasn't sure if you guys were recruiting him or not. Anybody remember Herschel Walker's first career td? His old man does.

They have talked to him and he has been to Gainesville for a visit and it seems as though he has an offer. I dont however think he is a priority but that's just my opinion.

He is small for an olb and not fast enough to move to safety. He is not typical of a Florida lb. I kinda hope you guys don't want him because I think he will go to Tenn if not. No way his dad let's him got to Alabama or Georgia.

OT Denzel Ward and our QB commit Will Grier had some very positive back and forths on Twitter recently. He decommitted from Michigan in January and said he was taking his time with the recruitment.

He's tweeted recently that he loves the warm Florida January nights as he's moved to IMG and Coach Muschamp met with him recently.

The back and forth with Grier was interesting - if Washington was 'The Man' this year for recruiting, I can't help but feel we need it to be Will Grier next year. Make of this what you will:

Quote:
Denzel Ward: @willg7533 how you doing bro?

Will G: @DW75_ good bro. working out and school! how bout yourself?

Denzel Ward: @willg7533 i moved down to Florida to this school called IMG, it's like 2 hours from G'Ville.

Will G: @DW75_ whaattt that's wassup bro!!!

Denzel Ward: @willg7533 yeah bro it's sick we go to school from 7:30 to 12 and workout the rest of the day, it's amazing down here

Will G: @DW75_ dude that's the life. that's wassup. get ready to play in the best conference in college ball with ya boy!! #Gators
(which was retweeted by DW and favourited by Jordan Sherit!)

Denzel Ward: @willg7533 you trying to be the first Heisman-Outland trophy winner tandem bro? lol

Will G: @DW75_ haha no doubt!
Ward is a monster at 6'9'', 285lbs already. a 4 Star OT. I read (pinch of salt?!) that he might be visiting imminently to see the Hoops game on Tuesday but I don't know how legit it is - it alleges to quote him directly...

Quote:
I'm looking to see the Florida fans go crazy at the game. Hopefully they give me some Chomps when I'm there. I have a feel for the staff already, which is definitely positive. I also plan on visiting some schools in the midwest in the summer when I go back for summer break.

...It is a real learning process, but I've learned that college football is a business above all else and I can't make decisions based on emotions anymore. I'm just looking at all the positives and the negatives at every school, and will weigh them all after my senior season is over. I've also learned not to get caught up in a fan base.

We have a better shot at Bo than people give credit. I go to school with him and he has said that he's gonna take some visits, including one to florida, whom he has in second place. I understand he lives in Tuscaloosa, but I think we can flip him. Heres a link to some of his highlights. ran a 4.3 before his knee injury.

What does Jacksonville look like for '14? Muschamp obviously made some in-roads there last class and it really set the tone for a huge class.

A couple dbs to look for in Texas, Ed Paris cb from Arlington 6-1 190 runs a 4.35, and Jamal Adams from Lewisville Hebron is a 6-1 190 runs a 4.4 that will hit you. I think Ed is coming to Junior Days this weekend!
