The Huffingpost has never been wrong with it's anecdotal evidence.

Yes, this makes sense.

I'm sure Piven lied just to get more "positive" publicity over it too.

Feel free to take Soy products.
You seem to always drive simple constructive conversations into pissing contests. Do you do steroids?

A) It defies science
B) If someone grows breast tissue (man or woman) post-puberty, it won't disappear.
C) There is no estrogen in soy.
This is also a guy who claims he had mercury poison from eating too much tuna. That's actually pretty damned hard to do.

I don't do steroids.
The point is simple. There's real science and broscience. Broscience says "soy makes you a lady!" when real science says "no it doesn't."
Bro-science is easy. Real science requires 5 minutes of effort, but the payout is far greater.

And I'd argue that regurgitating bro-science is actually counter-constructive, and refuting it constructive.
Unless we consider spreading myths to be constructive or helpful.

I thought soy contains phytoestrogens also known as isoflavones? Which can mimic the hormone estrogen, activity in your body. I always saw that research can go in either direction.

Here's what happens.
Someone lazily reads a study. Either misinterprets it or redirects it. Tells someone else, they misinterpret and spread it. Repeat.

I personally don't like soy, and I don't like to think i know everything, I like to learn from people more and more about working out. My BCAA's cost 30$ and my supply last 2 months almost its called Modern BCAA's... To me that's cheaper than buying a bunch of steak, eggs, chicken and pork.. And I use my protein a meal replacement because I eat six small meals a day, which yes that gets expensive, but doesn't cost as much as buying all the meat I would need for 6 small meals a day.

I don't know what "bro" science is. But I assure you that all the publications I've read are factual scientific documentations of medical research from labs, and respected clinical medical studies.
You're the one talking about Soy not growing tits pal. If you want to learn more about what amino acids do here's a quick look at the basic functions of amino acids.

I think you're stuck on BCAA's - there are many more Amino acids that just those three.

Which "swole" are you talking about?
Arginine is great for nitric-oxide boost and it can "swole" more than one thing.
