So Spurrier is walking around with little white envelopes of $100 bills in his jacket? Wonder what the recruits think about him giving their cash to reporters?

Did he also mention that all of those teams played in a BCS bowl game while he was in the Outback?
Not really in the same category Steve...

Is Spurrier trying to win back the media's affection with hundred dollar bills after his persecution of that one sportswriter for The State?

Not at all surprised.
The sport, and University of Florida, will be better off when this clown leaves for good.

I really do hope that's sarcasm. He, moreso than any other individual in Florida Gator football history, built, and to a large extent represents the program. Steve may be a lot of things, but this program wouldn't be where it is without him and Foley.
Like the poster earlier said, if you truly feel this way about him, it's better that you don't call yourself a Gator fan.

where would spurrier rank among all time greatest college coaches? Bear Bryant and Nick Saban are probably 1 and 2---will Steve be in the top 5 or top 10?

He is recruiting against Dabo Sweeney. It must be something about that state.
