He has some offensive limitations. Some serious holes in his swing and he is way too patient. Still one of the top players at his position.

But either way, the Rays will win a WS before the Braves.

RE: to the OP. I disagree but not by much.

The Nats were a better regular season team, but without Stras I do believe the Braves were a better squad. Although I do think the NL was bunched up pretty good and you'd have an argument with any of the top 4 teams.

The Falcons had the best record, but clearly were not the "best" team come playoff time.

UGA I think you have an argument. Talent wise UGA was on par with the Gumps.

But I do get your point and its pointless to nitpick. Georgia teams were elite and extremely competitive on the top tier yet won absolutely nothing.
Uh no... You didn't watch him fight in the dugout twice or get lazy on fly balls with trying to look sly catching the ball with one hand. I watch every game and go to almost every home game. Last year his attitude was better, but that's because he knew he was out after this year. He was not the best attitude, and ill actually disagree with a player not hustling... Have you ever watch Zobrist on every play? He actually backs up first base when he is in the outfield! No player does that anymore! He gives a 100% all the time. And I love that they're moving him to 2nd base permanently

SF was better this year. Argument: who's in the SB?

I don't follow baseball so maybe you're right on that one but I don't think Atlanta had the best team in the NFL. The Bucs beat them once and the Bucs didn't even beat the better teams they played much less the best. They also struggled at home to beat the Seahawks in the playoffs.

I also don't think UGa had the best players. Even with Richt as the coach, the best players in the SEC don't get blown out by USC, come within a last second fumble of very possibly losing a game in which the other team had six turnovers, and then blow the SECCG when they had a good chance of winning it.

I watch every game as well, as well as other games across the league. The majority of players do exactly what BJ does and all of them loaf at times. It's human nature.

I can easily name quite a few Rays players that loaf more than BJ. You are just looking for it with BJ. But when Longo doesn't run out a ball, or jogs when he thinks he hits it out (but doesn't), or mouths off to a teammate where is the outrage? I'm not saying there should be, just that there is a double standard.

And I agree about Ben. He's more the exception than the rule though. But even still he doesn't hustle 100% of the time. Just watch!

And Ben is easily the most underrated player in MLB.

At the end of the season, the Giants were the best and that's all that matters. Great pitching and good defense.
