What a great lesson- even though you are double digit favorites, even though the computers rank you #1 and your opponent #21- if you don't take the competition seriously you will lose- and many others will gleefully mock you afterwards.
We did the same thing vs Michgan in the Citrus Bowl in 2008. Hopefully we will bounce back in 2013 like we did in 2008.

will the state of georgia produce "moral victory" t-shirts for almost beating alabama and maybe make a commemorative video about that huge win over nebraska in orlando, narrated by keith jackson, will a special appearance by buck and lindsey, reliving their 1980 title memories?
Not nearly as surprised as everybody across the country would be if they actually won a big game under Richt. You have to resort to gimmicks and cute little stuff nobody really cares about when you're trying to conceal the fact that you can't really get it done when it matters. We'd probably resort to that type of behavior if every other year we had a team good enough to win a national title, yet still found ways to lose games we should've won.
The truth hurts, man. Fans of teams that win championships don't worry about congratulating teams that beat their rivals.
The fine gentleman Senator Albulbs from Jawja started UL 1990-92, re-enrolled in 2010 and is STILL working on his undergraduate degree in WORKFORCE?
Another jawja mensa.
My guess is that the academic hiatus was grade induced. At least he has a certificate from the Carl Vinson School of Government Legislative Leadership Institute at the University of Georgia to hang on his wall.
That's ridiculously dumb of them for one GLARING reason...we are the ONLY good team they beat last season. A mutt I work with was claiming how much he enjoyed the Sugar Bowl and I asked why with fact stated above. He got very perplexed when relizing how true it was and trying to figure out another quality win. The best was when he relized their next best wins were Vandy and Ole Miss.
