No, but top 20 OL by all the services tells me he can't be THAT bad(4 at ESPN, 10 Scout, 2 at Rivals).
I expect us to close with some players that leave a little to be desired compared to the Hearns/Nkemdiche/Mont Adams of this national class. It would be one thing if Denson didn't want to play at Florida but I get the feeling he does, or would.

That's the funny part about Ira is no one has seen him play but people swear he is great. Not only have you not seen him play but you also haven't seen the other guys the staff is looking at play. You also haven't talked to him. I love how people keep pointing to his rankings like that validates him. If the guy is so good why are other schools not bringing him in for visits when everybody knows he is looking for another school?

I hear what you are saying and totally get it that our staff doesn't think he's uf material, but wouldn't you think all of the services have seen film on him, evaluated and interviewed him at AA game and combines, etc...
The practice reports I read at the AA gaem were very positive.
Must be a serious personality issue for NOONE to want him.

All the recruiting sites are also high on Tyrone Crowder. Crowder is like 5'11 and also fat. Gator staff and everybody else also told him no. Should the staff call him up and take his commitment too since the recruiting sites have him rated high?

Crowder is too short but he is solid. If he was 2 inches taller he would be a stud. He is Clemson bound

Nope. I made it clear I could see, especially with our OL haul, why CWM didn't take Ira. My question is why NOONE would.
There's probably a coach or two out there who weren't high on Tebow. Understandable. He didn't fit every system. But for NOONE in the country to even let a 4* OL recuit so much as visit just seems really weird.
And apparently Crowder was good enough to get a scholly from Clemson.

It has taken years and years for the Bowden mystique to wear off and now they're in the ACC and don't always have a first choice when it comes to recruiting or even being in a relevant conference.
Our '80's NCAA infractions paved the way for their supremacy over us until Spurrier arrived, and even he could'nt beat them at Doke (Bobby Bowden Field).
Now, they're shuddering at our rise to championship contender status and all their coaches leaving have them imploding! All their recruits should be shuddering also.

With the bond Ira and Andrew have built up you never know what could happen.

I can't say I wouldn't be psyched to grab all the REFsu guys ditching them that have consensus 4* or better.
It would crush their fans, give us even more depth along the lines and result in a serious buzz that might actually help our rankings next year. Say what you want, but starting ranked highly for whatever the reason is better than than having to climb and possibly not make it.
Why suffer from pollster ignorance when we could manipulate it and if the kids turn out to be worthy...even better.
I see it as a no lose situation.
