Didn't know that. Would love to keep him. He has a significant role in this class and there are no suitable replacements. I hope the admissions department lets him sign with the understanding that he has to get those classes completed successfully by June.

It sounds like we are going to lose Hearns becuase of grades. I think he is out of this class. I do think that Powell will be a Gator and it sounds like Ramsey has a very good shot at being a Gator.

It might not be the worst thing if a few players had to enroll in Spring of '14...

Good news on Kennard Swanson - his past semester grades came in qualifying. He'll have to work hard to stay that way plus he needs qualifying SAT/ACT scores. Get it done Kennard and welcome aboard. One down and five to go.
We get Bostwick's last visit, but Nick Saban is visiting him soon. Hopefully he want walk away with Bostwick's commitment before UF gets up to bat.
Hearn's is a work in progress. That's why he visited AU and will visit UK with our coaches participation and understanding at every step. If he can be salvaged, he will be.
I don't like giving up on players who are trying. Bama sent a DT from Pensacola Washington to Foley because he needed something Florida schools couldn't give. He's on bama list as DT commitment. The tahd didn't give up on the kid, they got him qualified and did it legally.
My guess is UF is the 2nd hat on the table for Quinton Powell. I think he wants to play with Leonard Williams who went from Mainland to USC last year. If UF put on the full court press, then maybe, but I doubt it.

Funny how Clark getting a fourth * on TOS suddenly makes everyone drool!
Hard to believe that back in December, you were not one of the hundreds of posters on this site for whom the sun literally rise & set on when discussing Demarcus Robinson.
I realize that our passing game in general & our WR corps in particular are perceived as the weakest part of our offense & one which is expected to carry forward to next year. But signing one more WR is unlikely to cure all the ills of our passing game.
IMO, the biggest problem with our passing game is the pass protection of our OL, the inability of our QB to get the ball out of his hands quickly, & undisciplined route running. A new TE probably won't help matters much either.
Oversigning WRs this year will only lead to transfers next year.

More and more smoke out there regarding Collins to UM. Alot of Miami guys seem to think Collins is a lock to them. And.....dont forget that Collins was seen at the UM/Miami BBall game throwing up the "U"
I was just on the Canes board and they're almost certain they get him. And they're saying they have THE 3 BEST recruiters at one program in Coley, Golden and Cristobal. LOL I think Golden is minor leagues.

HA! LOL I exaggerated the term FANS, big time.
For those who read Zack's Mail Stack yesterday he made reference to a silent commit our staff has. By reading it, I began to think it was Jalen Ramsey. Any one else have thoughts on the silent?

I think it was Ramsey too. He mentioned he included that mystery five star in his mock draft in that same mail stack.

I just read Zach's most recent mail bag and from my stand point he essentially said Ramsey is a silent.

That would be great if Ramsey were a silent to UF. What a tremendous defensive backfield that would be. Very exciting.
I was just reading some of Ira Denson's old tweets and in one he writes..."I'm gonna shock the world come Feb 6"
Every year we have a "World Shocker" BY shock, I wonder if he means he'll shock everyone by flipping from FSU to USF/UCF where some posters believe he should play.
I mentioned it before but I find it hard to believe that Denson's not better than @ least 3 specific offensive linemen we have on our roster now.

Dude, that was awesome.
I can see him setting the stage now. He's got a UF, FSU, 'Bama and USC hat out on the table, then he goes on and on about how much thought he's put into this decision. Then he pulls a UCF hat out from a bag underneath the table, and the whole room goes silent. Like two people clap, and the rest are just kind of looking at each other uncomfortably.
