Not only antidepressants but also anti-anxiety meds. This is another reason why the 'obesity epidemic' is to be taken with a grain of salt (which, by the way, may not be bad for you). We've gained 7-10 pounds since the epidemic is said to have begun. And given the explosion of the medicated, I have little doubt that at least some of that weight gain may be attributed to drugs.
