He's still under contract with the Jets and it's well past the trade deadline so there's no way he's speaking with the Cards. And anyone who wants him would be dumb to trade for him since he's likely to be released anyway.

So far all Tebow rumors have been bad ones or complete fabrication. I was kind of hoping McCoy would want to use him, but now he's with the chargers and the ever so cranky Philip Rivers... who Tebow beat.

I still would like to see him on one of the Florida teams. Or at least in the Southeast!

That might a good idea! Publix owning an NFL franchise! I'm a Tebow fan and a Publix fan so that would work for me!

I understand why you would feel that way, but the Jax thing was the same sort of situation as the Jets for him. A bad thing would be to acquire TT just to sell tickets and have him as a circus show. He deserves more than that

Are his final two years guaranteed? If he can wrangle it, he should just throw down and do the Herschel/Flutie USFL aka CFL thing and eschew the NFL and go prove himself wherever he can get a shot (or not). Sort of like taking the juco route. Nothing wrong with that. He might meet a nice young pretty Canuck along the way.
I wonder if Kurt Warner and TT ever talk. Didn't Warner shush him at some point?

Kind of reminds me of "A League of Their Own" where Tom Hanks' character is hired to strut out on the field every game and wave his hat at the fans.

He was in Vegas last weekend so it's not like he flew all the way out there for a workout.

Here's a article that gives me hope. Even if it's complete conjecture: fantasy? maybe...

The Cardinals started four different QBs last year and none of them did anything. They could do a lot worse than giving Tim a try.

Was this his third year in the NFL? I believe he just needs two more somewhere to qualify for a pension. Not that he needs it, but it's something they can never take away from you. Just ask O.J. Simpson.

tebow needs to consider a position change--he's probably done as a QB in the nfl.

I've got the play for him. He lines up at tight end, then shifts, takes the snap, and passes to the wide-open QB.
Well, it could work at least once.

I don't follow the NFL, at all, so could someone in the know school me as to why the Jets haven't released Tim yet?

George Halas has already done this. I find it extremely hard to believe that there are 96 quarterbacks out there right now that are better than Tebow. The idea that there is no place for him in the NFL is ludicrous.

I'll believe it when it starts coming out of the ground. This is about the tenth proposal for LV in just a few years. All others have been scrubbed.

Players can't be released until after the super bowl.
