Tebow to Cardinals rumour
Fox sports reporting Tebow seen in Arizona, speculating he's visiting the Cardinals. Like to hear thoughts on that one. Shame he couldn't be there same time as Emmitt Smith.

there is nothing in that story that even says the Cards were present.
So he got a workout in AZ. That is a reach of a story.

It wouldn't surprise me if there are actually a handful of team out there right now interested in Tebow who are just playing the waiting game. With his release from the Jets eminent, some team out there stands to pick up Tebow pretty cheap, possibly even JAX.

This can't be true in any case. Some on this board have informed us that since the Jags didn't want him he's out of the league.

I agree there isn't much substance in the report. I haven't followed the Cardinals at all, are there any thoughts on whether Tim would be a good fit there with present management and coaching staff?

They still haven't hired a coach so who knows.
But be rest assured that Larry Fitzgerald will have a discussion with the new coach about the passing game and getting his touches. Can you say pass friendly offense and QB?

He's still a member of the Jets, so this is far from the truth.

He is at paradise valley community college training. Living here in AZ would love him to be a cardinal but won't happen until we hire a coach first. We interviewed the Denver oc but chargers just picked him up.

He is still under contract with the Jets. Don't think other teams can talk to him.

Tebow should start his own team. I think he could get enough rich Christian backers to make it a go. Just think, the first player/owner in NFL history.

The Lions would be a natural rivalry.

Seems funny that you fly all the way to Arizona to have a 2.5 hour workout at a Community College.
But of course, since I am not part of the Jet Set world, this might be what one would ordinarily do on a free afternoon....
