The shirtless guy with the houndstooth hat--why is his "Jammer" spelled backwards?
At first I thought maybe the pic was a reversal--but everything else is correct...the Dr. Pepper packs, even his "Roll" on his upper arm.
I guess he is related to the FSU chick we saw on tv.

These pictures aren't quite as funny as they used to be. After three NCs in four years I'm beginning to think their fans are entitled to look as ridiculous as they want. I'd love for any team I rooted for to play like their team did in the NC game - very disciplined, very focused, no theatrics, almost no penalties or other kinds of dumb mistakes, just go out there and methodically pound the other team into the ground. You name a characteristic of a great football team and Alabama had it at least in that one game.

Very well said...and very true. However, I still can't grasp the concept their fans are entitled to look as ridiculous as they want...lol. While the team and the staff and those associated with the team itself is typically very professional---a high percentage of their fans are a shining example of polar opposites. Dealing with the teams and fans of 6 major southeast schools, I can attest to the fact that by far...and I mean BY FAR....Gump fans have a much higher percentage of, well---gump-heads than any other school. Absolutely the type where intelligent conversation is limited at best, and their manner of dress and appearance is directly proportionate.
Entitled or not--they still look rather stupid in these kinds of photos even to this day.

Yeah, we could use that in Gainesville. Better off at Publix. We could of used that rather large Alabamer babe on our O-line the last few years. Actually that dude would have come in handy too.

To my mind, the only ostensible benefit to Bama winning the national title is the opportunity to see (and share) these photos.
