My guess is they are cheating their asses off. Nothing else makes sense at all.
The fact that Kiffin was at USC before under Cheat Carrol during the Reggie Bush recruitment only adds to this suspicion.

...If you guys saw the response from Jalen's father, I think that pretty much seals the deal that this one is over. His father states pretty emphatically that Jalen is not coming here. Basically goes as far to say Jalen and Max were teammates, and not even friends. Ouch.

Funny, I didn't say any of that. To what 'shit' are you referring? Is your point that you think it was a good idea for Staver to steal the kid's thunder (even assuming it was true)?

You are clearly a very intelligent and well-centered person.

Back on point: Ramsey's Dad was obviously upset, but did not say that Jalen 'is not considering' a flip to Florida (which was the silly headline of the thread on ESPN insider). On the other hand, his Dad seems to want him to go to USC. They get the last visit. If the source of all of this 'silent commitment' stuff is just Jalen telling his own teammate what he wants to hear, then there may not be much fire to go with all of the smoke.

We'll find out on signing day, until then take it easy on MS - he's just trying to help.
