The 49ers are now my favorite pro team, insofar as I follow the NFL. I loved that city when I was there (got to see Willie Mays play for the Giants), then Spurrier was with them for several years, and I was a big fan of Kaepernick when he played at Nevada. It seemed like he played there for five or six years. (Left when he was ready for the next level, I guess.)

As a 9ers fan, was worried that manningham's season-ending injury might hurt the passing game. Crabtree has really stepped up though and playing like the 1st rd receiver they hoped for when they drafted him.
