This is intellectual dishonesty in your part. You are lifting phrases out of an article and putting it out of context. This what Gingrey said after that quote.

Drink a glass of wine. And don’t be so tense and uptight because all that adrenaline can cause you not to ovulate.’ So he was partially right wasn’t he?”

Adding more of Gingery's quotes doesn't change what he said. He said Akin was partially right.
I'm saying that it's ridiculous to claim we can't affect the climate because only God can.
And, yes, it was Rohrabacher, not Sensebrenner. My apologies. But both are Republicans on the science committee.
