I look forward to whichever of the other 31 picks him up and then uses him to bludgeon the Jags. I mean, it's not like it's a hard thing to do.

And win a playoff game. I guess getting crushed on the road against Tom Brady and the Patriots means you are horrible and out of the league. Let's keep the Joe Webb's of the world and for that matter all the other 2nd string quarterbacks who have proven nothing in this league over TT.

TT might not be done in the league but he certainly has very limited options. He is definitely good enough to make a roster as a backup QB. The problem is no team with a shaky QB situation can risk bringing him on board because of the circus that seems to follow him. You put him behind one of the more entrenched and dependable guys and he is great to have in the locker room. But how many situations like that are there, 10? Fewer than that?

Do as you please. I'm hoping for a return to the Coughlin years for this franchise.

henne and gabbert as their 2 QBs---they are in serious trouble without some major free agent / draft moves.

His best situation and maybe only is Pittsburgh. His skill set translates well with roethlisberger. Plus roethlisberger has no reason to be threatened and gets injured a lot. College type atmosphere. Pitt would dig 15.

Their best receiver is Mike Wallace, who can only run the fly route. Tim Tebow can only throw the deep ball well. A match made in heaven.

This would be a great fit for him and the team. The Steelers would value his toughness and work ethic, and since he and Ben are able to extend plays there wouldn't be a huge transition for the OL and WRs should Tim come into the game.

Tim screwed up by picking* the Jets, especially to boost his brand. His biggest hurdle to staying in the league is the circus that he causes. Nobody wants any part of that. If his name was John Doe he would have no problem as a #2 somewhere.

Mike Wallace finna be a free agent. And according the John Clayton, they are over the cap for next season, so they're going to have to clear space.

if tim is used as a third down and short option, then i believe he could be an asset. the jags have always had an arrogance about them so there attitude towards tebow is not surprising. they don't know a damn thing about marketing

I appreciate your insight but the muslim population isn't a draw in terms of NFL if that's what you were insinuating? Maybe I read that wrong!
Believe me, NFL is a sport on the rise over here - a lot of Brits are extraordinarily passionate about it. Wembley will be sold out for both the games in 2013 yet again, without doubt. British people regardless of ethnic or religious background would welcome a franchise if it comes to that.

I am going to type this without any bold, uppercase, or exclamation marks.
I, as a Jags fan, am done, if I could talk dad into giving the season tickets away I would, but honestly I don't care anymore. If anyone, including family members are dumb enough to go sit in that stadium after years of fan degradation and urination then fine, but they might as well be modern day slaves. (Yes, I said it) How one team can be so out of touch with the fan base baffles me....oh wait no it doesn't because idiots keep showing up every Sunday like moths to the flame. The rich get richer, without even providing a shadow of a quality product.
I say, for the last time, the hell with Jags, the hell with their owner, the hell with their GM, and the hell with suck duck Blaine Gabbert. That organization could burn to the ground and I guarantee you not one person in Jax would shed a tear, in fact most would crack a smile, while select few danced in jubilation. They are the laughing stock of the NFL, superseded only by the asinine clown town that is the New York Jets. I hope the Jaggasses or whatever they call themselves after the move to California never win a Superbowl as long as I live, and for that matter, my sons and his sons after that.

That was addressed at the press conference. Shad Kahn believes in delegating authority and allowed Gene Smith to pick Mullarkey. Kahn went along with the pick and now he will allow Cauldwell to pick his own head coach. Cauldwell and his head coach together soon to be announced will make the big decision at QB going forward.
Apparently Kahn will trust his new GM's decision regarding Tebow. Caldwell was very adamant in saying that there was not a scenario to bring in Tebow. I was watching it live when it was said as if it was rehearsed before the meeting. They both knew Tebow would get brought up so you can tell Caldwell was ready with his answer.
You can tell by the way Shad talks that he is letting Caldwell make the call for head coach and any player acquisitions.

Good riddance. You're quite the fan.
For the record I didn't know a single jags fan (out of a large amount) that wanted tebow. It was a very very vocal minority of people like you
