NEW Jags GM Just Said No To Tebow Playing In Jacksonville - merged threads.
New owner just introduced the new Jags GM, David Caldwell, and the story line was that he said he cannot imagine a scenario for bringing Tebow to play for Jacksonville. Then he repeated himself when asked another question. The place went silent when Caldwell made himself clear. So there you have it folks.
Tebow will not be playing for the Jags.

Probably good news for Tim, but not for us Jags fans.

He's seen the light. He wants these kinds of passes from Chad Henne to start the comeback...

Has there ever been a quarterback take a losing team to the playoffs and the next year can't even get on the field anywhere?

Actually, I think he wants Alex Smith who the OC from the 49ers would probably want. The new GM said he was good friends with the OC so look for this guy to be the head coach since Mullarkey was fired today.

Of course he won't be playing in Jacksonville. He and the rest of the Jags will be playing in LA.

So much for Jags fans. So much for the Jags. May they forever languish.

I think he's done too, this was not what I was hoping for. I thought the owner would make it happen, but he's a blowhard like the rest of them.

Plan B: off to the Alouettes then back to the NFL.
BTW, the Alouettes and the Jags would probably be a pretty good matchup.

With all the read option making its way through the NFL, Tim will get another shot somewhere.
