With the way he slobber-spits his sentences, the jury is still out trying to determine what Dr. Lou said. Translators have been brought in to assist.
Right after his first words..."well, Nother Thame seemth to haf meth their math tongith...", it all went south afterwards and that is the missing parts the translators are trying to figure out.
