No, you still don't have to purchase it. You can opt to pay the tax for not purchasing if you wish. Not being taxed isnt a right you ever had.

You get fined...you can call it a tax if you liked, but you are being penalized for not purchasing something so therefore you are punished. Right now you will not have your money confiscated but next year you will. That is a loss of a freedom

I dont have to wish to call it that. That's what the highest legal authority has deemed it, a tax. That is power granted to the government, and not a right you lost.
