Nope, said at the news conference he couldn't any scenario where Tim would come to Jacksonville. Seemed pretty adamant about it.

Caldwell was stating as politely as possible that he thinks Tebow sucks.

I don't really know that.

The thought of Rob Ryan tickling Jerry Jones b-hole really makes me queazy.

Andy Reid should have been fired many years ago.

And immediately hired by another NFL team many years ago.

Not exactly. There's several reasons a team might not want Tim besides the claim that he "sucks." One of course is that he's a traveling circus or at least a sideshow and a constant distraction. Many teams don't want that.

Another is that even though he can be effective in the NFL (as we know from what he did with Denver), he does it in an unorthodox way and supposedly an offense has to be tailored to his skills in order for him to be effective. He hasn't proved that he's good enough to justify a team doing that. And even if he had, creating a "Tebow offense" presents other problems, e.g. what happens if he's injured, can the skills of other players be adapted to that offense, etc. etc.

It's very unfortunate for him and his fans but I'm not at all sure any NFL team will pick Tim up when he leaves the Jets. I thought the Jags or maybe KC or Cleveland would, just because they're so bad anything might seem worth a try, how could they get any worse? But the Jags have said they won't and I'll be surprised if KC or Cleveland does.
