Should Florida play in Atlanta next year?
Knowing what we know right now Floyd,Elam,Jenkins, and Reed are going to the NFL. Major seniors leaving are Nixon,Gilly, and Bostic to name a few. Are LB's are going to be a huge question mark even though Morrison showed a lot of upside. We will be getting ROPO back if he can come back from the knee injury. Is Driskel going to be better next year? Do we have to many question marks to contend for the SEC next year?

Gotta beat UGA, and with their QB back....uphill battle. Not sure who they lose from their team, but I hope it's more than us.

Yes. Those are the expectations.

Well On defense my biggest concern is Dt. Floyd and Hunter both gone. I wasn't impressed with Jacobs this yr and u have Orr,Bullard,Easley and Quinteze Williams coming back. But u also have Cummings and Brantley coming in. It's a lot of bodies but not much experience. Bullard and Easley are better Defensive ends. On offense I think it starts with Driskel and Oline. I think Rb will be strong. U have Jones and Brown back. Plus u add Kelvin Taylor and Adam Lane. Wr and Te are big questions though. Jordan reed is gone meaning u have Kent Taylor, Colin Thompson, both Burton's and Westbrook. Who are gonna be other Wr besides Dunbar who had just 31 catches to lead 2012 Gators Wr? Debose,Patton,Robinson,Fullwood,Balley,Thompson and Hawkins.

Their entire starting secondary (Sanders Commings, Branden Smith, Shawn Williams, Bacarri Rambo), Tavarres King, two of their starting DL (Cornelius Washington, John Jenkins), two stud LBers (Alec Ogletree, Jarvis Jones).

We can't go Atlanta without improved QB and WR play. We improve there - you can book your trips to ATL.

No. And I expect to see some regression after this year and with the loss of so many key people. Plus, 3rd year is usually the biggest challenge for a new staff. His are starting to leave and your's aren't quite there yet if you know what I mean.
I personally would be okay with 3-4 losses given the situation.

My biggest concern is LB and Drskel. I hope Jeff can get better with one full year under his belt as the starter.

Makes you wonder why Murray decided to come back?

I think we should be right there again.
With an onslaught of fresh new talent at OL, RB, and WR and another year in the same system for our QB, I would expect that our offense should be a lot better. And it MUST given that we probably cannot rely completely on our defense or our place kicker to win games anymore.
The Defense is losing a lot, but Im not worried about it. WM is a defensive coach and he and Quinn know how to coach up a defense. Just look at the improvement that unit has shown from year to year with the same players. And the most telling part of that is that the defense has very few, if any, outright superstar players, which tells me its more the system than anything. Sure Floyd will be a high draft pick but he wasnt a complete, game-changing, run stuffer, pass-rusher, game-changer, like a Glenn Dorsey or a Marcel Dareus. As a matter of fact we didnt have a single dominant pass-rusher in the group. Matt Elam may have been the lone superstar player. Hunter, Bostic, Jenkins were all very, very solid players, but not superstars.
Also this staff has proven to know how to recruit the defensive side of the ball and get freshman ready to play early and make an impact, whereas the same cant really be said for the offense.

UGA's defense underperformed all year (6th in the SEC) and has players coming back that got lots of reps.
The offense will be better.
We may do a little better than "chit."

I have to wonder if Driskel will miss Nixon as much as you might.

UF will play at lsu, at usc, ga in jacksonville---3 very difficult games. They can only afford to lose 1---UGA will likely lose only 1 game.
