Unfortunately, Nkemdiche doesn't seem likely. Adams and Ramsey are definitely takes if they so desire. T. Bower and Q. Powell are still possible, and I'd imagine their commitments would be welcomed by the staff also.

I'd like to see the last few spots go to these players:
1.) Swanson FB
2.) Collins RB
3.) Clark WR
4.) Ramsey CB
5.) Adams or Bostwick (I've heard Bostwick has grade issues so not sure with him entirely)
6.) a TE or NSD surprise (a flip from bowers would be nice).

We've been pocketing them for a decade. It really hurt us this year when we could have used the depth to beat UGA. We played at 75 all year. Use them while you got them and worry about next year, next year.

My thinking is that the staff should focus on the 3-4 elite guys we're still in the mix for instead of reaching in order to fill roster slots. Maybe I'm wrong....

It wasn't the depth that cost us against UGA. We could have had 100 players ready for that game but that wouldn't change the outcome. It was the 6 turnovers. You're not beating many teams on your schedule ever with that many turnovers no matter who you play.

If they dont think they can help they wont sign them. Time and focus is not the issue.

That's why we lost the game, sure. But don't you think if we had better players out there we would have stood a better chance of winning? Otherwise you're saying we had no chance no matter who we put out there.

We had 20 JRs, 4 left early, so we will only have 16 ships open to graduation. Estimate 4-8 transfers, medical, NFL jumps and we are back to a 20-22 ship class in 2014. I am good with that.
The staff must feel they NEED another DE with all the ones they have visiting, so I have to think they will sign one more. Is Miss St commit, Jones still visiting? I think Daniels wants to be a Gator and has an official set for 2/1, but bad grades seem to continue to be an issue.
I think they would like another DT and I think Reed is the most likely candidate here.
Flips: They will do everything they can for Ramsey, so we will see, but he has to have a spot if he wants it.
I am not feeling Clark or Collins. They are great players and I would love for them to be Gators, but I have a feeling UF is in the "also considered" footnote.
FB Swanson wants to be a Gator, and if he redshirts he could be next in line behind Joyer. With extra ships this might be the year to take FB.
Still think another QB, RB, TE & OLB could transfer after Spring.

True for Collins, but I don't think that's the case for Clark. We've been in in his top two for a while. Clemson has come into the picture, but that doesn't mean UF has fallen out. Might be that Northwestern is moving to the back of the line. I think he's still very interested in UF. BTW, Collins is crazy to go Miami. Don't know what he sees in that program.

Think we finish with Clark....and Powell (with an existing LB getting look at possible Buck)?

I thought AS said Mack Alexander was OUT! To high maintenance. Ramsey or bust.
I have no doubt Clark likes UF, but I am sure we land him. Happy to be wrong on Feb 6th.

Well, I suppose that raises our available schollies to 33 now? That means we can bring in six more.
I'd love to get that 33 signed on NSD.
