I agree. I know a lady that denied a 30K promotion when she was only making like 25 because the loss of gov benefits would trump the increased pay

I believe most people hear this and automatically think a person gaming the system, cannot possibly carve out any meaningful existence. They would be wrong. You can live pretty well if you know what you're doing and not hit a lick at a snake.

cut it by 20% but let the generals figure out what to cut and not the politicians, bring the troops home and build bases along the border with Mexico and station them there isntead of Germany, Korea, Japan, etc. Let S. Korea defend itself or pay for our presence there.
