Jacoby Brissett (merged threads).
Looks like he is transferring. Best of luck to him in the future.

Have a bad feeling if true that we are going to regret this.

Good for the kid. I hope he gets a chance to play elsewhere he has too much talent to sit on the bench.

GatorCountry is the best Gator Sports board, and also the most conservative.

Good luck, JB. You're still a Gator in my book.

And here's your 2013 Heisman winner... from the Auburn Tigers, Jacoby Brissett! (sorry, had to)
In all seriousness, this sucks though we all knew it was going to happen. I hope Jeff can learn to play QB REAL quick with nobody pushing him for competition.

As in Driskel is prone to getting hurt and he is just flat out not real good.

We all pretty much knew that the loser of the QB battle would transfer come 2013. Would be great to have Jacoby, obviously, but that was never in the cards.

And yet JB couldn't surpass him as the starter.
JB is a great kid, I wish him the best of luck. He will be a good one for sure.

Not sure he ever got a fair shake, but I'm also not convinced he was the better QB. Best of luck to him.

No offense to Jacoby he's a great football player but I think Jeff is who we needed for the next 3 years (as a starter). Mornhinweg is a great #2 - really like this kid a lot

I doubt it. He might be a decent player elsewhere, but Cam was the exception to the rule not the normal.
