Muschamp after the F$U game stated our team could play with anyone...
Lesson learned for Muschamp: never say you will take this team to play anyone, anywhere, anytime.
Make your team prove it out on the field the NEXT time you play...
Muschamp will grow from this A$$ whoopin...

He's not wrong -- but you need to also let the team know that anyone can play with them too.
I loved Billy D after the FSU game this year postgame - told the team that he loved the effort. Said that after some easy wins, it would have been easy to just think they could have just shown up and won. Told them he guaranteed they'd get beat if they did that.

I remember after the 1992 Sugar Bowl many of us Gator fans were all over Spurrier for getting hammered and outplayed by an 8-3 Notre Dame team.
Gator fans were concerned about our inability to win on turf and indoors. How did Spirrier's tenure work out?

He is not wrong the team proved it all year, this is getting ridiculous. I see some posters learned nothing from the 11 wins this season

At that time, we needed someone to campaign for us. I am glad he said it. We were one ND upset from playing for it all. If ND lost , there would have been many wanting to see someone else besides us play for it all. Muschamp did his job selling the program.

We could play with anyone. Does anyone think our guys played inspired football a couple of nights ago? Of course they didn't. They bring their best and we bring yours we can compete.

Well MW is half right - the team probably can play with anyone, not sure he could hang with the best strategists/coaches of the game though.
