I just hope they didn't mess up us getting Robinson back. Never know what goes on in kids minds, plus with his coach going to the All Star game he could be in his ear (or pocket) for Clemson.... Annoying.

Some D holding calls against LSU were questionable.
But Boyd was on pretty much.

Did LSU have 220 yards on O all night?
Probably not.
Clemson gave the ball away 3-4 times to set up LSU points otherwise it was all Clem. I will say this LSU's D is violent. Mettbozo is brutal. Been saying that since August.

Clemson winning or losing probably doesn't affect Robinson as much as the fact that Clemson throws the ball all over the place.

LSU can't knock down a desperate 4th and 16 pass. Unbelievable! They choked again.
LSU stinks it up for the 2nd year in a row when getting to a bowl game.

Hopefully he realizes that whoever comes after Boyd is most likely not going to be able to make those plays...

Poor coaching by Miles & Company down the stretch was costly. Particularly their last possession when they should've run the ball and made Clemson use their timeouts. Some coaches just can't resist the urge to prove they're smarter than everyone else.

After getting to second and 2, I have NO F'N IDEA why Miles thought throwing on the next two downs was a good idea.

Who's calling the plays for LSU? 2nd and 2, under 2 minutes left and you throw it twice? Really? Run it twice and even if you don't pick up the first down you force them to burn 2 TO's. They would have used their last one after the sack that set up the 4th and 16. At best they would have gotten a really long FG attempt. Stupid! But honestly, Clempson deserved to win this game. You could tell this was their national championship game. I think Dabo even said as much after the game when he called his team a national championship team. LOL!

LSU has nobody to blame but themselves, for the last 2 years they have had arguably the best defense in college football and because of their offense, could not get it done. Somebody on the O side of the ball has to get fired.

It was LSU's defense that couldn't stop Clemson tonight when it counted the most. Boyd threw for something like 350 yards. He was a 1-man wrecking crew that completely dismantled LSU's secondary with key pass completions. He put the ball exactly where it needed to be when he had to. It was the LSU defense tonight that couldn't get Clemson's offense off the field. Clemson ran over 100 plays and Clemson's defense forced 8 three and outs. Clemson wore that LSU defense out.
