Kiffen and team were over an hour late to the Sun Bowl sponsored dinner for USC and GT. GT eventually left. Apparently Kiffen ran practice an extra hour...

Ole Verne must be awfully board with this 0-0 game so far. He was taking about GTech bleeding the clock down from :40 so SC wouldn't have enough time to run a few plays and maybe set up a FG. Problem was, it was :40 left in the 1st Q, not the 2nd where obviously the drive ends with halftime.

8:20 left in the second, score is still 7-0 GT on top. GT has the ball and seems to be moving the ball pretty easily.
