Rumor here is Guandolo is being courted to take the Edgewater HS job...pretty good slot despite 3 head coaches in last 3 years.
Apopka HS was approaching 4k students but Wekiva HS took a big chunk, I think it is closer to 3k now.

Wow,that would be surprising. He has been in S Fla forever. 3 coaches in 3 years doesnt sound inviting, But if my memory is correct, Edgewater would be an easier spot to maintain a championship level program than CB.

Apparently he hired the current Edgewater AD somewhere in the past...I guess she was a softball coach.
That program has talent but it has been a coaching circus in multiple sports under her regime.

As one a perennial basketball powerhouse, Coach Matt Turner appears to have the program back on track after taking some sever lumps in the wake of Coach Jones departure...a definite state title contender this year.

So at least basketball has some stability; the football program is a circus.

Our coaches have been watching these players for some years. If they offered whenever one had a good game, we would be in trouble. And on the same note, if our coaches pulled scholly's when a commit had a bad game, we would be in trouble.
