Wow...are you criticizing a college student for having a beer in a photo? What is it exactly that you're so disappointed in? The Leon County Civic Center sells beer because it is not on campus, and if the girl is 21, what exactly is wrong with it? I really don't understand your righteous indignation. "This type of thing"?
I don't expect people to agree with me. It's not righteous indignation. It's my value set. I, personally, don't want to see my daughters drinking the way a lot of kids do in college and I sure as heck don't want them getting involved in trying to entice a high school boy to come to their school by dressing that way and saying he should come there because they're "hot". I realize it's not the popular thing to say nowadays, but it's how I feel for me and my family personally.
