Technically it could mean championships both national and SEC.

Well neither UK nor FSU's early season play is saying this is just the place for you next year. Add in that he just widened his field, maybe he goes to neither. Probably not.

So, a great prospect with zero interest in UF goes to f$u to see us slaughter them. He's down to the noles and UK. What were we supposed to do? There are three more players among the top 15 in the 2013 class still interested in the Gators. I'm more interested in making a good impression on them whether they were at the game or not. Two of the three would play the same position as Wiggins at UF and all have at least 20 pounds on him. If we get one of those guys, I don't care where Wiggins goes.
One more thing. I'm delighted to beat the noles any day in any sport, regardless what it might mean in recruiting.

You people are way too serious. It was a joke. I always enjoy demolishing FSU. I wasn't saying we should have taken it easy on them. I wish we would have won 72-0!
I personally would rather see him go there, but I doubt that recruits place too much on results of the game they attend in making their decision.
Go Gators!

I think it is better for us if he goes to FSU--a team we play only once a year, out of conference--but no one in good conscience can hope that a top basketball prospect goes to play for FSU.
As good as Wiggins is though, I have to wonder how these kids can all feel so certain that they will see significant time in their first years given all the other top talent going to UK. I assume that Cal can monopolize the top talent because they are all so confident in themselves that they worry less about competition (and he is a good coach; and it is a great program with a huge following, etc.--I am not suggesting otherwise), but I still don't know why they are not more afraid of each other.

Wiggins isn't going to be afraid of anyone else at UK. There may be other players at UK who should be concerned about seeing the court.

How anyone could still consider FSU after that display last night- where they were completely humiliated, is beyond me.
Gators are fun to watch right now. We do all the little things well.

Wiggins would see significant playing time right now in the NBA. He will have no problem on any college team.

These beat down can be emotional. The kid grew up an FSU fan. Maybe this will push him to the Noles to be their savior. Who knows? To me it can go either way.

Did FSU supply the girl he was with, or did he bring her with him?
If FSU supplied her, he didn't look very impressed. If he brought her with him, he must have had no choice. I'm not even sure that he was awake.

Maybe we will push him back to FSU after we deliver a similar beatdown to UK
