Deserve to fall out of top 25 whether they do or not - no question. I'm just glad this isn't football where the season would be over at this point. This team reminds me of the 2011 group that lost 9 games, only not as good and far less experienced.
I'm not worried. This year we'll either get things together and may end up being a dangerous team, or we won't. Next year will be better.

RPI is for the bubble.....We will be a high seed and just need to win our last 6 games this season...the heck with Captain Vacate, and his merry cats.

Keep the losses coming. This is a beautiful thing.
Bet UK fans will call for Squid's head if they miss the dance

Are these UK players expected to be 1 and dones? Not sure I see any that are ready, unless it's a weak draft class.

Would Calipari push these guys out for next years class?

My thoughts on the Baylor/Kentucky game, in UK's perspective.
No leadership whatsoever!
Can't shoot (30% from the field)
Soft on the boards
Weak FT shooters
Can't play perimeter defense
Bad hands
No fluidity on offense (Just standing)
Turnover prone (Guards are driving trying to create but yet they force it way too much)
Absolutely should drop out of the top 25. There's no question..

Noel is gone. NBA doesn't really care if they're ready. They'll pick based on potential.

Ohh my god the sky is falling lol. This team has a lot to learn and plenty of time to get better. They played with tons of energy just couldn't make a shot it which happens. I'm much happier than Thursday. It is a marathon and not a sprint.

Only if they're projected in the top few picks.
Noel and Poythress are easy lottery just on potential (which is what the nba does). Goodwin probably too but not as obvious.
Cal doesnt have to force kids out for scholarship numbers to work.

Noel and Poythress will be gone, not sure about anyone else. That class they have coming in next year is nasty though, wouldn't be surprised to see them miss the tournament this year and then come close to winning it again next year.

Alex is a lost puppy right now. This is a long season but damn Alex has no confidence and cant even dribble the ball at times. If he works his ass off he can make it, but he better turn the corner quick. UK will make the tourney. This isn't Gillispies last year lmao.

In 2004 UK had the #1 class. UF also had a 2004 class that was not #1 by a long shot and I think that they did OK.
Recruiting is an inexact science and team building is even more difficult. Some times it works and some times not.
Coach Cal hit the Lotto last year.
Perhaps not so much this time.
Let's see how good of a coach he really is. He has awesome players. Can he find a way to win with them?

Ouch - at home - note that Baylor has losses to a reasonable team, Colorado, and, are you ready for this:
THE COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON!!!!!
This is an embarrassing loss.
