Well if we could pick who we lose to then Florida would never fall to Georgia or FSU. But we can't. 10-2 = 10-2 after multiple years of being very bad. No one enjoys losing to either one of those two but most are still very happy with this season if that ous how it turns out in the end.

I can assure, most people who steadily post here are heart-broken over the UGA loss... BUT, for the most part, we don't vent on a thread about how the sky if falling... It's only 1 loss. We've been spoiled from all of our recent successes. A 1-Loss season where our final rank is in the Top 10 and we play a great head-lining bowl game.... is a pretty good scenario. Compared to last year, that's a HUUUUGE improvement.
And saying UGA can't fall to Ole Miss or Auburn is foolish. UGA is riding a high from their win over us, let's see if they slacked off from the victory... Ole Miss can beat them, it's a bit of a long-shot, but it's college football... Things happen.
Real Gator fans never give up hope as long as the door isn't _completely_ shut...
Also, our roster is looking beastmode next year. And our 2014 class will a great one too... Don't really know what more you want other than a SEC/National Champ every year.... And that ain't ever going to happen for any university.

Jonesy your logic is illogical. The half -ass-u is not early as important as any SEC game period! I hate the noles with a passion and have hated them since 1960 but they don't count towards tge SECC...nuff said. I wish Jeremy would insist that the game with half-ass-u be played early in the season like it used to be until there was outside pressure to play the game at the end of the season. That way we would have a better chance in the rankings if we lost early.

If YOU are a football player and you hate yourself for losing to Georgia, that makes you competitive.
If you're a fan and hate the team for losing one game, that makes you a childish idiot.

Quinteze Williams will likely play inside. He weighs 295. Bullard and Fowler could play there if the needed to.

He may.
All depends....
Everyone was saying that Floyd and Easely were surely going to enter the draft, but now, everyone is proclaiming they will stay. That always happens whe great expectations from a season fall short... People think they'll stay to try to get a NC... or at the very least, an SEC championship.
I don't believe our 1 loss is going to change anything. People will still go to the draft early. It's going to happen.

Ya, it's what people do when they think we have a chance to win it all next year... NOBODY is going to the NFL Draft.... Kinda sad imho.
Some kids will be gone, and we need to to leave, in the same respect. Floyd leaving this year might be the difference of landing Montravius Adams...
I love Floyd, would love to see him stay 1 more year... But what I would like even more is to see Floyd be drafted in the 1st, make a TON of money, and then land Adams for 3 years... Rinse. Repeat.

I agree I'd like to start churning out 1st rounders and high draft picks again if for nothing else but perception. I'd love for Elam and Floyd and everyone to come back but if they get high draft grades they should go and not risk injury.

i like the talent I see. Also with another year behind Dillman and and Peace, we will be looking that much better. I would not be surprise to see Purifoy playing some reciever next year.

I second that. Dont be surprised if Floyd is around next year too. Just saying.
