It's not ideal, and he'll obviously have more responsibilities and demands on his time at UF. On the other hand, he'll have a much more effective support system, as one of the largest athletic departments in the country will have a vested interest in making sure he passes.

Not really a concern, they make college pretty easy for athletes.

My sister played tennis at UGA and knew most of the athletes (they run in packs). They gave the football players special study guides, tutoring sessions, what classes they could take etc.

Every big football school does the same exact thing, if chris rainey can graduate, anyone can.

Except for Stanford. I think Northwestern's pretty tough too. Not sure if we're ready to call them big time yet.
