The Yulee kicker looks like a midget.

I rate a RB by how he does against superior competition. When Henry went up against Buford and Bolles, he was utterly shut down.

Yeah, that kicker is 5' 2" 130. But he gets to play football......it's good.

Not to bash on high school kids but Kelvin's team is absolutely awful. He is really their only player.

A little surprising that Yulee still has Derrick Henry in with 5:00 left in the 4th, considering they're up 35-6.

Probably not far off, their quarterback is a freshman and he's tiny.

Ya, Glades Day is exhausted on the field =/
Kelvin Taylor - 34 attempts, 222 yards, 1 TD
Derrick Henry - 35 attempts, 363 yards, 6 TD's

He had 336 vs GHS, the #1 team in 6A in week 1. How does that rate?

Put it this way. I'm not about to write off Henry as a RB at this point.

When they showed both of their highlights toward the end there, Kelvin's were much more impressive. Of course, the game followed a predictable storyline - when Glades Day's players were still relatively fresh in the first half, they were able to give Kelvin a little more room to run. In the second half, they were obviously gassed, having gone against much bigger (and more of them) guys for that long. Still, Kelvin went for 220 yards without much blocking against significantly better competition.
Henry is certainly fast and strong, but Kelvin looks like the better football player. Only time will tell, I guess.

Derrick Henry should be a good college player... just not at the RB position.

The other big difference in the game was that Yulee was able to complete a few passes to keep the defense honest. Glades Day had nothing on offense but Taylor.

That's utterly fantastic! And when he went up against Buford last year, he had a total of 34 yards on 17 carries....how does that rate?

I thought they said he had 39 straight games with 100 yards or more?
