Audio and video opts not showing on GC forms

I downloaded the latest JAVA. I did install Noscript but not sure if this is the problem. When the audio option does not appear, I change noscript to allow all temporarily which does not change the page.

For example on the latest video of the Gator Facilities, no web site reference showed on the original message. Only the words from the message.

Any thoughts?
