James Clark- got a visit from Joker Phillpis the day after we get a commit from Robinson? Keep an eye on all the other WR's I wont be shocked if someone decommits besides Fulwood before this is all over
|
Just to be clear about this, you're saying that Fulwood is the guy you wouldn't expect to de-commit, right?

Well, if we couldn't lock him up after an OV, he must have had doubts from the start. That would be a blow for sure.

TE Durham Smythe- we will have to wait until after the dead period I would hope the in home went well and that he will take a visit in Jan
|
AZ- are you talking about Chris Thompson? He was apparently wearing USF gloves during a playoff game and may be visiting Marshall. I saw it on a 24/7 board. Is this who you are talking about? Grade problems maybe?

Did Robinson just decommit? I'm sure you've seen the thread, but no one with a high level of credibility has commented.

Had nobody in particular in mind just them visiting Clark means they are still recruiting him Which would mean somebody might be leaving the class. I dont know anything about Thompsons grades. Seems we just lost Robinson so another spot it open.

We have 3 nice OTs this class and a top Center prospect. Any chance we add a true OG?

Garcia will play OG
Moore can play G or T or C
Dillard will play C
Rod Johnson dont know yet
Jackson will play G
Jackson might play tackle in high school but he doesn't have the feet to play it in college. He will be a great guard in our system. He can really move, cant wait to see him pull

On that thread, I pointed out that he is unlikely to sign with us and has long been believed to be an OSU lean. I simply pointed out that stranger things have happened in recruiting. That is the point so you can stop wondering now.
Incidentally, you most certainly do ACT as if you are an expert. That is why you've continued along this annoying line of discussion trying to prove to me that his listed interest is outdated but again if you had understood the post you would realize that wasn't the point. Now please stop being an AZZ and go away!

I gotta question to anyone who knows what's up. We haven't offered Clark a scholarship? Are we waiting to see if we can flip Robinson back before we do this?

I was clarifying AZ's point, and correctly, apparently. So, I say it because it's true.

Fullwood has taken no other visits to my knowledge, nor encouraged any conversations with other coaches. Very solid, highly principled family. Never a sign of wavering. Why should he? He's still the best WR prospect in the class. We will not likely find someone bigger and faster. Even if we do, we won't find someone smarter. The academically motivated and gifted kids are far more likely to meet or exceed expectations, especially the ones who went to excellent schools.
Is he an EE? I should know that, but I just don't remember.
