Also news on Ramsey? With USC losing so much, makes you think he's want to come on over to UF. I'm assuming UT is out of the picture
Edit: idk if they ever were in the picture

I think although Ramsey is a take if he wants in, the staff cooled a little because of space issues and CB not being a position of need with Roberson, Watkins, Poole, VHIII, Purifoy, Riggs, and Brown being here next year. We also have 3 studs we are considering for 2014 that are similar in size, physicality and speed. Although I do think Ramsey would help us at WR right away

My thought exactly..he could be like USCw Marquise Lee by switching from DB to being a stud WR here

I think he would be one of the better WR prospects we have, definitely would be a good idea bringing him in as a WR.
VH3 is a pretty nasty receiver too but he's also too good at CB to not play him there.

Well, have to say, I'm wondering if we jumped the gun on WRs having four already.

I havent heard about Riggs but will look into it.
I dont think Pop Saunders will be on the team next year.
Ramsey cooled on the Gators not the other way around. We have a shot but I think we are behind team like USC Bama and maybe Vandy.
Ramsey knows his future is at DB.

Do you think Saunders is being kicked off the team? What happened?

Pop has another fake injury . I assume Pop failed another drug test and will be told to transfer.

Yeah it did seem strange that Muschamp was so certain Saunders would miss the bowl game

There are some that just aren't going to be part of this team next yr, some coaches refer to it as deadwood. And the roster is full of deadwood. With Pop that mysterious knee injury just keeps getting worse right before games every week (wink wink). And I like Riggs but like others have said already he won't break into the depth chart with the talent we have already at corner, with Watkins, Purifoy, and Roberson. And when it comes to the safety position, I would think that maybe Showers or Gorman would think about transfer, due to Neal and Washington being in this class along with Elam staying another yr along with Marcus Maye already being here and having a good size advantage over both of them.
Don't take anything I've mentioned as the gospel truth, just thinking out loud. The roster is stacked at DB and I just don't see how we hold onto all of these guys when there is just so much playing time to be handed out.
You may see Westbrook be asked to leave as well, due to him being out of position and not really having the space for him on D anymore. He may stick at TE but he would have to improve quite a bit over the spring to be a viable option at TE.

It's funny because I jus cleaned my house up, I assume muschamp is doing the same. No knock on the kids leaving.

I see both Showers and Gorman playing next year. There are so many things that you have to know to play safety at Florida I cant see freshmen beating those two out. Remember Showers and Gorman were highly rated recruits out of high school as well. Riggs plays a lot when healthy.
