Default Camera to stream church service

Small church with idea to stream video and sound of it's service on Sunday for shut ins and regulars who can't be at church that Sunday. Can someone aim me to information on what it takes to do that? Our webmaster says we're okay on his end if we can camera to PC on wireless. Need to shoot from 100' away and mike the music at that camera location but could probably mike the pastor on a wireless.

Any suggestions?

edit:

dsl bandwidth from the church side for video
256k upload => about 70kbits/sec / 250kbits/sec = ~3 listeners (standard dsl connection, 5 years ago)

1.5M upload ~ 6 minimum level video broadcast (some dsl connections) ~ 18 listeners
...
otherwise, ... record it and give it to the ip provider (easy with todays software,... just ask what format)

i saw a microsoft-how-to on installing tcp/ip on a ramdisk, (the how to was for Window2000 machine

guess work:

microsoft windows9x commands in debug.exe:

input i port
output o port byte

or write device, if somebody knows how to make usb (etc) a device (autoexec.bat/config.sys)
(i know this is supposed to work with pci/hard drive)

probably need dosbox with Window2000... excepts 10$ donations/free-on-hand

We recommend an 802.11g router for maximum throughput; we used a Wireless-G Broadband Router with SpeedBooster (WRT54GS) from Linksys. Because it's often easier to install and set up Wi-Fi products from the same vendor, we also selected the Linksys Wireless-G Internet Video Camera (WVC54G). The camera includes an Ethernet cable, an AC adapter, and a setup CD. A built-in microphone, which transmits sound across the Net, is also part of the package. Because the WVC54G functions as a standalone Web server , it can operate without being connected to a PC.
