Typically boring baseball all star game. RA Dickey should have started instead of Cain, imo. Dickey has more wins, fewer losses, a lower ERA, more strikeouts, fewer hits allowed, fewer runs and earned runs allowed with just two more walks in the same number of starts and innings pitched on teams with the same record. He is also much older than Cain and likely never have a chance to start again. It may not be a big deal but that was not right.
