That should be interesting, and sad.

Another softball site is saying Coyle could be headed to Washington. This same softball site is saying UF has picked up a transfer of their own from Northern Illinois

Coyle seems to be either Washington or asu.
Nice pickup with Tofft. She is decked out in her Gator gear on twitter.
I think both Fagan's have to sit a year, because of the SEC transfer rule.

I blame their dads. Where is the parent who says they made a mistake and they have and will learn from it and they will take reaponsibility for their actions? Instead we get nanny nanny booboo plenty of other schools want the girls so there. Waaa.
If you find cancer, cut it out.
Glad their gone.

I agree with you, Raid. That story leaves the impression that these girls were dismissed for no reason. There is no reason to smear these girls with all sorts of details on what happened. But there also is no reason to put out a story that says these girls are saints and were dismissed wrongly.

“The bottom line is that all those rumors are just rumors,” Kasey said. “We were never given a reason why we were released from the team. We were just told we were released. So I can't tell you why, because we don't know. All the other stuff that happened, a lot of it is rumors. It's hurtful that people would say that kind of stuff, but people will think what they're going to think.
“That people would assume things about us that aren't true, that part of it hurt.”

Hey, kasey, if you want to put an end to rumors, then tell your side. No coach dismisses 3 starters for no reason at the most important time of the year. Their dad said there was an altercation. Is he lying, too? I actually liked kasey and Sami, but this whole world against us attitude, not to mention some tweets from Sami, leave a lot to be desired. They may indeed be good kids who made a poor decision, but playing the victim card is tired and pathetic. Grow a pair. If you were released for no reason, then you have the legal system on your side. That was not the case. So if you read this and want the rumors to stop, address your actions that got you dismissed. Fagan's take after their dad, and ultimately, while they are adults, his coddling is to blame. There is a reason Walton didn't recruit the 3rd fagan. All 3 are a chip off the old block, Sami and kasey hid it better than Haley. maybe the sense of entitlement will wash away having to sit out a year. I don't expect a warm welcome when they return to Gainesville. The program and uf are better off without them.

lol, so Coach Walton just decided for no reason at all to dismiss 3 starters right before the regional games? That is really the story that they are going to go with?

What a puff piece probably orchestrated by the Dad and the Fagans. Coyle seems to be the only one that has shown any sort of remorse or class by pretty much staying quiet and out of the press. She was still supporting her former teammates on twitter the days leading up to and after the dismissal.
I think I'll stand with Walton and Foley on this one regarding why they had to go, and not with those 2 prima-donnas in their own mind.

Embarrassing piece of "journalism." Did the Fagan's issue this press release and the Sun printed word for word?

They allegedly made racial remarks about some teammates...but Im not sure if it was on UF or on the travel ball team or both....which I think led to a little "scuffle" with Haeger because apparently she ratted them out...basically just a team chemistry issue
