I can't even count the times!! The worst would be when mom would look at me and simply say "I'm letting your dad handle this one when he gets home" AAAAAHHHHHH!!!

Had a great restaurant named The Skyline, used to be our family destination for all celebrations.

Speaking of rainbows.
Remember when the rainbow vacuum came out?
That door to door salesman got us to buy one.

I kept using my Electrolux until it shocked me some time in the 90's.
Here's another wonderful old gadget some of you may remember: the Zenith Transoceanic shortwave radio with AM band. I still have mine.

Remember when there were two to three TV channels available... depending on the weather... and you had to adjust the antenna to get each one in right.
Remember when you'd get gas for 30 cents a gallon... they'd pump it, clean your windshield, and check the oil.
Remember when cars had carburetors... and some didn't have seat belts.
Remember when smoking was cool... and James Dean was the coolest. The cool guys would have their pack of Lucky Strikes rolled up in the sleeve of their white t-shirt.
Remember when you could walk for miles as a kid to go play with your friends, and your parents didn't worry some maniac was gonna get you.
Remember when Capt Kirk was hitting up every female creature in the universe... and the network still didn't know if they could get away with having him kiss Uhuru.
Remember the movie Heidi preempting coverage of the end of a very tight, high scoring Raiders/Jets playoff game.
Remember when baseball was bigger than football, and boxing was huge, while MMA wasn't even on the radar.
Remember the 60s. Radical "hippies" going on about love and peace, while overindulging in "free love" and drugs... juxtaposing a country consumed in war and civil rights turmoil. John and Bobby Kennedy and MLK all assassinated. Crazy days.

Remember when we all sat around the radio and listened to The Lone Ranger? Remember when the first TV's were mostly snow with feint figures you had to squint to see.
Remember when you went to Gramma's house with the little house behind it, and the blacksnakes who frequented it scared you?
Remember when babies were born and you didn't know the sex until it was actually born?
Remember the cold war, when we all were afraid of the bomb and people built shelters and stocked survival food?
Whew, I'm plumb wore out.
