Very bad reporting. Sounds as though the boat was capsized at the surface but it's unbelievable that the guy wouldn't know he was floating. Sounds as though the bottom was 100' down. If he's at the surface he does not need to spend one minute in decompression. Story makes no sense. Strange reporting.

Okene says he spent another 60 hours in a decompression chamber where his body pressure was returned to normal. Had he just been exposed immediately to the outside air he would have died."
