I could use help with Halo 3

I'm trying to beat the campaign on legendary and im not very good at the game. Ive beaten some levels with a friend of mine but he never seems to want to play.

Just keep trying. It's more a test of patience and endurance than one of skill. There are some parts that, without knowing exactly what steps to take, you're meant to fail.
