@Amer21, first, i agree, 9-3 sounds reasonable, and I honestly don't even think FSU's all that great, but that's another story.

From Sat. Sept. 22nd to Sat. Nov. 17th, almost 2 months, we have only one "road" game (calling a Jacksonville game not a road game) and that one is with Vanderbilt.
Looking at a 2 month stretch with only a single away game, and that one not being with someone like LSU or Bama, I'd say we have a pretty good schedule if we survive our first 2 away games and have a pretty decent offensive improvement over last year.

I agree that FSU may actually not be all that great; they just don't have that SEC-caliber defense necessary to win it all, ya know? Their offense is stellar, of course, but we match up pretty well, especially in terms of our linebackers and their running backs.

No doubt ending the season with a loss to Louisville in the Sugar Bowl put a damper on what was a good one..
