Whatever you have changed in the last few weeks is causing problems for me loading the site. Please do not tell me to add some other software or to change browsers, cannot just change or add software to work computer and I do not think I should have to work around advertising on prescription site I pay for.
I have to hit refresh anywhere from 5 to 10 times to get a page to load and it is beyond frustrating. That is not subscriber friendly and is terrible customer service to expect us to have to change our browsers etc to compensate for inability to keep the streaming ads off the premium site. Do you disagree?
Here is the error message that pops up. What do you propose we should do?
